Delete Your DolFin Account
You can delete your DolFin account in the app or request deletion by email after uninstalling.
Delete in the app
- Open DolFin.
- Go to Profile.
- Open Account.
- Tap Delete account.
- Follow the confirmation steps.
In-app deletion removes DolFin-controlled app data tied to your account, including profile data, financial profile data, saved transactions, imported-spending rows, recurring plans, Money Leak Audit actions, lessons, habits, streaks, achievements, gems, and parser logs linked to your account.
Request deletion after uninstalling
If you no longer have the app, email support@dolfinapp.org from the email address used for your DolFin account. Use the subject line DolFin account deletion request.
We may ask for information needed to verify that you control the account before completing the request.
What may remain
Payment, tax, fraud-prevention, security, store, and processor records may be retained where required by law, platform rules, dispute handling, accounting, or security obligations. Store subscription records are managed by Apple App Store or Google Play according to their policies.
Deleting your DolFin account does not automatically cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel subscriptions from your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.
