Please include the email address used for your DolFin account and a short description of the issue. Do not send bank statements, passwords, full card numbers, or other sensitive documents by email.

Account deletion

You can delete your account in the app from Profile -> Account -> Delete account. If you no longer have the app installed, use the web deletion instructions.

Subscriptions

DolFin Pro subscriptions are managed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Restore purchases from inside DolFin if your Pro access is missing. Cancel or manage renewal from your Apple or Google account settings.
